Booking Policy

🐽 MiniPig Café – Visitor Rules

1. Please arrive at least 10 minutes earlier! Visits start in groups, and due to group entry, we cannot allow anyone in who arrives more than 5 minutes late.

2. The visit must be prepaid; your reservation is only confirmed once payment is completed. In case of lateness or no-show, the fee is non-refundable.

3. Tickets are considered entry tickets and are therefore non-refundable – just like concert or theater tickets. Refunds are only possible if the event itself is canceled.

4. Reservations can only be modified up to 72 hours in advance, via the link you received in your confirmation email.

5. Do not lift the pigs – please let them approach you on their own.

6. Do not touch their noses or mouths.

7. Only the caretaker is allowed to feed the pigs.

8. Upon entry, every guest must confirm that:

• they have not been in contact with other pigs in the past 2 days,
• they have not encountered wild boars or taken part in hunting.

9. Hand disinfection and shoe changing are mandatory upon entry.

10. Please avoid wearing jewelry, as the pigs might chew it off and swallowing it could be dangerous.

11. Drinks may only be taken upstairs in sealed takeaway cups.

12. The duration of each visit is 30 minutes, with no re-entry during that time.

13. After every visit, thorough cleaning and disinfection takes place.

14. The pigs are regularly rotated with their rest area, so they don’t get overworked.

🐽 MiniPig Café – Látogatói szabályzat

1. Érkezz legalább 10 perccel korábban! A látogatások csoportosan indulnak, és a csoportos beléptetés miatt 5 percet meghaladó késés esetén nem tudunk felengedni senkit a simogatóba.

2. A látogatás előre fizetendő, a foglalással véglegesedik. Késés vagy meg nem jelenés esetén a díjat nem tudjuk visszatéríteni.

3. A jegy belépőjegynek minősül, így nem visszatérítendő – ugyanúgy, mint egy koncert- vagy színházjegy. Az összeget csak abban az esetben tudjuk visszautalni, ha az esemény elmarad.

4. Az időpont módosítására kizárólag 72 órával korábban van lehetőség, a rendszerben az e-mailben kapott linken keresztül.

5. A malacokat nem szabad felemelni, kérjük, hagyd, hogy ők közeledjenek hozzád.

6. Ne érintsd meg az orrukat vagy a szájukat.

7. A malacokat csak a gondozó etetheti.

8. A belépés előtt minden vendég nyilatkozik arról, hogy:

• az elmúlt 2 napban nem érintkezett más malaccal,
• nem találkozott vaddisznóval és nem vett részt vadászaton.

9. Belépéskor kézfertőtlenítés és cipőcsere kötelező.

10. Kérjük, ne viselj ékszereket, mert a malacok lerághatják, és veszélyes lehet, ha lenyelik.

11. Italt csak lezárt elviteles pohárban lehet felvinni.

12. A látogatás időtartama 30, ezen belül nincs ki- vagy belépés.

13. Minden látogatás után fertőtlenítés és takarítás történik.

14. A malacokat rendszeresen váltogatjuk a pihenőszobával, hogy ne terheljük túl őket.

• Providing information about the availability of services and bookable time slots.
• Recording the selected service and time slot in the booking system and identifying and maintaining the booking.
• Providing information related to the chosen service and time slot.
• Recording history for future service use and facilitating administration based on previous services.

My consent applies exclusively to data processing related to the use of the online appointment booking system. I have read and accept the Data Controller's Privacy Policy. I agree that the data related to my bookings may be retained in the booking system for a maximum of three years from the date of my last booking.

I understand that I have the right to request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing of my personal data, or to object to its processing. This consent can be withdrawn at any time; however, withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out based on prior consent. In case of violation of my rights, I can file a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).

I accept that providing data is a prerequisite for using the service.

I acknowledge that the Data Controller uses the Onlinefoglalás.hu service, owned by Busbach Péter Bence (address: H-7130 Tolna, Határ u. 2., tax number: 49372571-1-37), as a data processor. The Onlinefoglalás.hu Privacy Policy is available on the https://onlinefoglalas.hu website, which I have read and accepted.
